Espinal is a proud Bronx native and Oberlin College alum who has dedicated her career to breaking the cycle of poverty through education and economic empowerment. A former NYC public school teacher, she transitioned into economic development in 2021 and finished her MBA at Cleveland State University in Spring 2025. Espinal is the founder of Cleveland’s Sisters of Economic Action and Consult Espinal, both launched in August 2024 to advance economic inclusion. Her work centers on neighborhood revitalization and support for minority-owned businesses, driven by a deep commitment to creating opportunity in underserved communities. She is excited to start a PhD in Geography, with a focus on comparative international commercial corridors.
I empower clients, nonprofit members, and board leaders through visionary leadership, thoughtful curriculum design, and strategic problem-solving.
I build strong networks and learning environments that foster critical thinking and action.
In every partnership, I bring the work ethic and clarity needed to inspire others to give time and resources to causes that matter—transforming potential into lasting impact.
