  • Managed three grant programs across six Cleveland neighborhoods to advance equitable economic development goals.
  • Partnered with community development corporations, businesses, and residents to design corridor revitalization strategies.
  • Facilitated stakeholder engagement processes that strengthened collaboration between merchants, property owners, and funders.


2. City of Cleveland – Department of Economic Development

  • Served as a Minority Business Specialist, providing outreach, technical assistance, and compliance support to entrepreneurs.
  • Helped minority- and women-owned businesses navigate certification, procurement, and contracting opportunities.
  • Strengthened the City’s ability to connect small businesses to local and federal resources.


3. Future Heights

  • Led business outreach efforts to support local entrepreneurs along commercial corridors.
